Certification Process for ISO
1. Apply for ISO certification
Apply for ISO certification on the ISO application form & send your ISO application to ECM in hard copy or soft copy.
2. Review your ISO application
ECM will review your ISO application & generate a quotation. This quotation will include all costs of ISO certification. You need to accept the quote & pay the certification fee.
3. Stage 1 audit
ECM office will send you the stage 1 ISO audit plan & subsequently stage-1 ISO audit will be conducted as per plan.
4. Stage 2 audit
After a successful stage 1 audit & closure of stage 1 nonconformities (if any) ECM will send you the stage 2 ISO 9001 audit plan & stage 2 audit will be conducted accordingly.
5. Issuance of ISO certificate.
After a successful stage 2 audit & closure of stage 2 nonconformities (if any), the ISO auditor will recommend your organization for issuance of an ISO certificate.
6. Surveillance audit is conducted
Every year a surveillance audit is conducted to ensure continued adherence of your quality management system to the requirements of ISO standard.
